Waiting for someone is a painful affair, but at the same time, a ray of hope is beaming through..a ray of hope to live and dream! Shanti Aunty is still waiting for her husband to come back. He works is a factory in Gujarat. I was in my tears listening to her story but felt nice when she sang 'Zindagi ek Safar hain Suhana'. She said, Rajesh Khanna is her favourite actor and she spend her time listening to the music! ‪#‎ShraddhaKadakia#Photography#Pannalalchawl#Mumbai

A heaven is where the heart is... rightly said for the elderly couple whom I had met while exploring Pannalal Chawl. Energetic, vibrant, full of vigor, the couple spoke with a charm... They said that this is the place where they had started there life and wish to continue for the rest of there life. There are too many emotions attached with this place. I wish them full of life and happiness! ‪#‎ShraddhaKadakia#Photography#Pannalalchawl#Mumbai

When I walked through the ‪#‎pannalalchawl‬, I was amazed to see the blocks of old houses. With a typical Indian building at display with with clothes hanging outside the window, the sight becomes nostalgic.it seems every window has a special story to tell!  ‪#‎ShraddhaKadakia#Photography#Pannalalchawl#Mumbai
One day while passing through Grant Road my eyes fell on the antiquities of Pannalal Chawl which was built in 1911 AD. I got the subject of exploration that I was vetting for a long time for my new series of Photo Stories. To begin this magnificent journey, I chose to do a story on the Chawls of Mumbai. A vibrant place, that lives every moment of it's life. I hope that you all like it! ‪#‎ShraddhaKadakia#Photography#Pannalalchawl#Mumbai
